An order will be processed only after complete payment has been made to us.
Shipping Charges:
For orders with Delivery Address within India:
- INR 120 on orders INR 999 and below.
- INR 240 on orders of INR 1000 and above.
- INR 360 on orders of 10,000 and above
Cash On Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD at the moment.
Time taken to deliver your order:
Within India - your order should reach you in 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
We work with different type of suppliers (manufacturers, designers, distributors, importers etc.) and the delivery time to Users is subject to delivery of products from supplier to Us.. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process.
Delivery of a product may be delayed due to many reasons including:
- Production issues or unavailability of the relevant product;
- failure of the concerned manufacturer/supplier/designer/importer to make and deliver the relevant product to Us;
- poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process; and
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Operational and logistics issues
- Other unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delay, vehicle accident, political disruption.
In case of foreseeable delays, Li’l Royals will endeavour to inform the customer of the same.
Packaging:
All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.
Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team via email at care@lilroyals.in
