Refund and Cancellation

We thoroughly do a quality check before dispatching the pieces. Hence we do not refund, return or exchange any product.

However, if you have any queries or concerns regarding the product you have received, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact via email at care@lilroyals.in.  

You can email us at  care@lilroyals.in within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return. Please add relevant photos in case of a damage or unboxing videos in case the courier has been tampered with.

We do not offer reverse pickup service. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address:

Li’l Royals is not responsible for the reverse shipping and all charges and costs must be borne by the customer. Li’l Royals is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during transit.

Please note the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also, the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return.

After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check.

Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit will have an expiry of 30 days and can be used to purchase anything from our website.

In case of any dispute regarding exchange, returns or refunds, management of Li’l Royals reserves the right to the final decision on the matter.

**Made to Order Products, Socks, Stockings & Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Product tags and the original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.

Good To Know:

Images on the website are professionally clicked, however there can be a slight colour variation compared to the actual products based on the system settings one is using.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

In case a product is missing from your shipment or a product is damaged in transit, please call or email us within 24 hours on receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further.

We do not take liability for any damages or loss of products during transit.

Cancel the order?

An order can be cancelled until the order is dispatched, applicable only on ready to ship products. Made to Order products cannot  be cancelled. Please email us at  care@lilroyals.in to cancel your order. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
